Volunteer Information

Arabian Sights would not be what it is without our wonderful volunteers! We welcome returning volunteers and first-time volunteers to join us in making our 16th Annual Arabian Sights the best festival yet. Whether you like film, like meeting new people or just like lending a hand, we are always looking for great people to help build our Filmfest DC/Arabian Sights team!

We request each volunteer works two shifts during the festival.

Volunteer duties include:

• Ticket Sales and Will Call
• Ushering and Crowd Control
• Audience Award Ballot Collection and Tabulation

In exchange for working as part of our team for two shifts, Arabian Sights is pleased to offer a thank-you gift to each volunteer of a complimentary t-shirt and one ticket to a regular screening of your choice. More information is provided to scheduled volunteers closer to the festival date.

If you are interested in volunteering for the 16th Annual Arabian Sights Film Festival, please complete the Volunteer Application Form when it goes live later this month. Our Volunteer Coordination team will be in touch via email and phone with your assigned shifts and pertinent volunteer information.
